Our Vision
Haven of Hope City within a City is a consortium of nonprofit agencies and faith-based organizations united in purpose to intervene in the lives of homeless families and individuals in Northern California, and provide support services that will transform and renew the mind-set of the constituents. We believe the commitment of working together as one body will put an end to the vicious cycle of chronic homelessness our communities are faced with.
Our Mission
The mission of Haven of Hope City Within A City will be achieved through an intensive 4 year program comprised of 4 key phases designed to transition families and individuals out of homelessness, to maximize their independence, to provide opportunities for economic stability and to improve their overall quality of life.
