Pastor Roland Pollard is a man of many talents. A prolific producer, director and songwriter, Pastor Roland’s goal is to “go into all the world” through his media ministry. As the founder and senior pastor of Emmanuel Ministries, his vision is to create a 24 hour place to come for those in need of healing and support.

His involvement with Haven of Hope City within a City came directly from his own ministry of clothing and feeding the hungry. He became a natural fit with the team through his role of overseer, fulfilling whatever the need is that needs to be met. He connects with networkers and creating consensus. With a variety of professionals at his disposal, Pastor Rolland just opens his phone book, starts dialing and things start to happen.

Like many called to this work, Pastor Roland, too, was once at a low point in his life when the call to service came to him as the way out of struggle and into a life of blessing. Because God blesses those who bless others.
