Agape Transitional Housing programs provide temporary housing and supportive services to help homeless individuals and families make the transition to long-term housing within four years.
Our temporary transitional housing offer a wide range of services including searches for long-term housing, counseling, job training and employment, education, life skills training, health care, child care, and transportation.
Increased access to “service-enriched” transitional housing is an essential part of HOHCWC services. This includes education, job training, or finding treatment for a medical, mental health or addiction problem.
